vapor steamer

I have a dry vapor steamer. I own a automobile interior detailing company. I was wondering if I spray on the carpet and upholstery shampoo or bac out or the super concentrated all purpose cleaner is it safe to go over it with my dry vapor steamer? The steamer will make fumes is it ok to breathe that in?
