I've been using your powdered laundry detergent for about a month now. I've noticed a few of my clothing items are beginning to smell like I haven't washed them at all. They look clean, but they have that odor that you get when you wear clothing over and over without washing. I'm also having some problems with the detergent clumping. I tried using warm water and less than the recommended amount, but it still happens. (about 1/3 of that little scoop you provide in a top load, high efficiency washer.)

Do you have any recommendations?

How about eliminating the plastics in your packaging? The soap can go directly into the box, and the scoop can be made out of biodegradable material. We do not need an additional plastic bag and scoop for each box1

I work in a warehouse that is an all on-line business. We have to clean spots, etc. from the ornaments before sending them out to customers, rubbing alcohol works sometimes but if it doesn't, they have me try a product called "Goof Off". I have asthma and the smell of this product makes it very difficult for me to breath. If anyone has used or knows of a biokleen product that might work for this, please post it and let me know. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions. Anyone else out there with asthma probably knows just how that smell makes your throat and lungs feel. Thanks again!
